Weekly Training

Listed below are our regular weekly training sessions. New members are always welcome. Click on the individual links for details about each session.

Monday

Swim – 5:30am at Northlakes Aquatic Centre

Run – 5:00pm – 6:00pm at John Oxley, adults and Juniors, Reserve, Murrumba Downs.

Tuesday

Bike – 5:20am Nundah Crit Track, Crit ride/Brick (Albert Bishop Park – 118 Hedley Av, Nundah)

Wednesday

Swim – 5:30am at Northlakes Aquatic centre

Run – 6pm for 6:15pm start – 7:30pm at Capestone Lake, Mango Hill

Thursday

Swim – 5:30am or 6:30pm at Grace Lutheran College, Rothwell  (alternative)

Friday

Swim – 5:30am at Northlakes Aquatic centre

Saturday

Bike – 6:00am F Troop ride (beginner level) leaving Rothwell bunnings

Sunday

Swim/run 5:50am toes in the water 6am; run 6:50am for 7am start: Coffee afterwards
