The run leg gets you to the finish line on the triathlon! You really only need a good pair of running shoes and the open air to get you started.
RTC can take you from being a beginner runner to running fast and efficiently off the bike in triathlon and across all distances.
Everyone is welcome to the session. RTC cater for all abilities across a wide variety of events and distances. Our members range from beginners and casual runners to athletes competing in longer-distance events. Whatever your running goals are, we can help you achieve them!!!!
The session focuses on running, typically as a speed or hill session, running form, building running confidence and providing motivation to run whilst developing your run speed.

A regular long run is available on Sunday mornings, watch the social page to see what’s happening. Its a 1:30 out and back run meeting at Suttons Beach 6:30am. Other long runs 10km to 35km distances (road and trail) are arranged between members within the club. Keep an eye on the RTC Social page for weekly details.
