An event every week that begins at 5:30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely
Regular 25 metre pool sessions are held at North Lakes Aquatic Centre. The following sessions are held for adults on:
- Monday focus is on stroke correction/recovery,
- Wednesday is distance and stroke correction,
- Friday is speed work.
