This Sunday we were looking at coaching more bike skills including u-turns, on and offs, braking, cycling around corners, drinking on the bikes. We will also review transition after learnings of Saturday’s MGP duathlon.
The focus will be skills based, as opposed to effort, however there will be a few laps on the bike and running.
What to bring:
- Running shoes (Race shoes)
- Bike shoes
- Sun glasses
- Biddon (Bike Bottles)
- Any other race gear you might like to try out (e.g. elastics for bike shoes, aero bottles for refill practice)
