RTC has been very successful in Ironman and long course racing with many members representing Australia in Hawaii and all over the world.

If you want to step up in distances and challenge yourself further, we can help you achieve your first long course / Ironman race. We can also help you qualify for world championships if that’s your goal.

We can provide you with a training outline, group sessions and link you in with others to help you achieve your goals in a supportive environment. 

Common Distances:
Longcourse is any distance greater than olympic distance. 
Half Ironman 70.3 – Swim 1.9km / Bike 90km / Run 21.1km
Ironman 140.6 – Swim 3.8km / Bike 180km / Run 42.2km
