Regular 25 metre pool sessions are held at North Lakes Aquatic Centre. The following sessions are held:

  • Adult Session. Monday, Wednesday Friday at pool opening time. Monday focus is on stroke correction/recovery, Wednesday is distance and stroke correction, Friday is speed work.

Running speed sessions are held twice a week on a Monday (grass track) and Wednesday (road / path track) evenings.  These sessions are great to work on your speed under the watchful eye of experienced running coaches. Suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced runners.  All ages.
Monday 5:15pm at John Oxley Reserve cnr Dohles Rocks Rd and Ogg Rd Murrumba Downs.

Wednesday 6pm at Cnr Russel St and Dohles Rocks Rd Murrumba Downs.
