RTC offers regular training sessions all year round. These sessions are suitable for beginners through to experienced athletes and target those racing short through to long distance races. We also have members doing ultra distance triathlons, off road triathlons, cyclo-cross, adventure racing, fun runs, half and full marathons, open water swimming and masters swimming. If you want to race it, we can find a way to incorporate it into a session.
