Regular 25 metre pool sessions are held at North Lakes Aquatic Centre. The following sessions are held:
- Adult Session. Monday, Wednesday Friday at pool opening time. Monday focus is on stroke correction, Wednesday is distance and stroke correction, Friday is speed work.
Other swim sessions are also available
