Be at Mooloolaba Loo With a View at 6.30am to set up ready to be in the water at 7am. It will be a swim for 40 mins so everyone rolls out on the bikes together. Ride course discussed up there and after the ride back to LWAV for the run. Bring all your nutrition that you will need etc. MJ will mind bikes, wetties etc while you are swimming, cycling and running. Any questions just ask. OH yeah don’t forget breakky after.
